Dianthus met his cousins. Prairie Dog met a distant relative. Nobody was badly bitten. It was a good trip. We are all now glad to be home, 
except for prairie dog who prefers life on the road.

Cute chipmunk! Hope he or she is not now suffering from unrequited love.
'Cause I'm a biologist I must point out that the rodent in question is a ground squirrel, not a chipmunk. He or she however is certainly cute.
ahhh...prairie dog and a new friend!!!
That's my eastern US bias. All I knew were chipmunks, tree squirrels, and groundhogs.
